How To Workout And Exercise Like Ryan Gosling
Ryan Gosling is a workout wonder. Ever since he was a little kid, he has been very physically active and has tried to stay as physically fit as possible. Some of Ryan Gosling's favorite exercises include:
1) Yoga
While it may seem weird for another man to be doing yoga, yoga is in fact one of the best exercises in the world. The reason that Ryan Gosling did a lot of yoga is because it helped shape and tone his body. When Ryan Gosling was training for one of his movie roles, he was told that he needed to look as lean as possible. This was when he started doing yoga. So that's right ladies, yoga is for men too.
2) Weight lifting
In addition to yoga, Ryan Gosling did a large amount of weight lifting in the gym. While yoga is very helpful for lengthening the size of your muscle, weight lifting is used to strengthen and increase the size of your muscles.
Also, when Ryan Gosling lifted weights as part of his workout routine, he made sure that the weights were very very heavy. Too many guys these days make the mistake of lifting light weights for high reps. Not only is this a big mistake, but it is also very bad if you want to build a good looking body over the long run.
Some of the best weight lifting exercises that Ryan did was the bench press, front squat, barbell curl, leg press, and shoulder press. These exercises are the best if you want to pack on the maximum amount of muscle mass in the least amount of time.
3) Isometric movements
Ryan Gosling also did exercises called isometric movements which are essentially exercises that are done in a static position. Examples of these exercises include planks and side planks. These exercises are designed to help you strengthen your muscles without actually increasing the size of the muscles.
4) Cardio
The last part of the Ryan Gosling workout program involved inordinate amounts of running. Ryan liked to run a lot because it helped him stay fit and conditioned.
One of Ryan's favorite cardio workouts involved alternating periods of high intensity interval training with periods of low intensity interval training. When performing HIIT, it is best to do it for no more than 30-60 seconds. If you do it for any more than that then you run the risk of over-training.
And that is the Ryan Gosling exercise and workout program.
